Over the past few months, Poets of Jamshedpur has been hosting open, beginner-friendly gatherings where people from all walks of life come together to share their stories. These events have been a huge hit, and I’ve personally witnessed the immense talent and raw emotion in every session. Now, they’re taking things to the next level with Unकही—a curated poetry and storytelling showcase that promises to be an unforgettable experience.
About the Event – Unकही
What’s so exciting about Unकही is that it’s not just another open-mic event. Unकही is a celebration of the untold stories of Jamshedpur’s hidden artists. After seeing so much talent in the previous gatherings, Poets of Jamshedpur has selected 10 emerging spoken word artists who will now take the stage in this special curated showcase.
Adding to the magic of the evening, the show will feature Aadarsh Dubey, who will provide soulful background music throughout the performances. His music will enhance the emotional depth of each performance, creating a harmonious blend of words and melodies. Aadarsh will also close the evening with a special feature performance, ensuring every attendee leaves on a high, carried by the power of both music and words.
These poets and performers have been quietly crafting their art, and Unकही is the platform where they’ll finally step into the spotlight.
